Garanti BBVA Failed to Refund My Card Fee and Ignored Their Promise

Garanti Bank has repeatedly not delivered on its commitments. They promised me that getting a refund for the card fee would be straightforward, but it turns out to be a struggle every time. For a ₺1000 limit card, I was charged ₺568 in fees. It seems there’s constantly a reason, a narrative, or a reluctance to find a reasonable resolution. I’ve made the choice to cancel my card and terminate my relationship with Garanti. I’ve clearly stated that I do not wish to have any more communication; if they reach out again, I will contemplate taking legal measures. Once my salary is in, I’m shutting down my accounts and severing all connections – I won’t even step foot in their branch again.
