Garanti Bank has repeatedly not delivered on its commitments. They promised me that getting a refund for the card fee would be straightforward, but it turns out to be a struggle every time. For a ₺1000 limit card, I was charged ₺568 in fees. It seems there’s constantly a reason, a narrative, or a reluctance to find a reasonable resolution. I’ve made the choice to cancel my card and terminate my relationship with Garanti.
