Garanti BBVA Rejects My Credit Card Limit Increase Despite Regular Payments
Although I make my regular credit card payments every month, the Garanti BBVA mobile banking system rejects my request to increase my credit card limit. My salary is deposited into Garanti BBVA as a payroll account. All I’m requesting is to increase my credit card limit from ₺90,000 to ₺100,000. Why is it being denied? Just look at my payment history—I have never missed a single payment. I pay a significant amount in interest every month, yet you refuse to approve a mere ₺10,000 increase. If I were a new customer, you would probably offer me a much higher limit without hesitation. Is this how Garanti BBVA treats its long-time, loyal customers?
They never responded to my complaint.
