FamPay Deposit Not Received

On January 8, 2026, I deposited ₹1,000 via Fampay UPI to my Tashan Win game account with UID 2673607. The payment was successfully debited from my Fampay account, but the amount has still not been credited to my Tashan Win balance. The transaction details on my side show Transaction ID: FMPIB4271148340, UPI: 9329715813@fam. After seeing that the deposit did not appear in my game account, I contacted Tashan Win customer support and reported the issue, but it has not yet been resolved, and my game balance remains unchanged. Since the transaction was clearly successful from my end, this delay is causing unnecessary inconvenience. I respectfully request that the ₹1,000 be promptly credited to my Tashan Win game account (UID 2673607) based on the above Fampay transaction details, or that an immediate and clear solution be provided.
