1win Froze ₹20,005 Withdrawal and Accused Me of Cheating

I am writing to complain about the unfair blocking of my 1win account and my pending withdrawal. I am using 1win from India. For a long time, I have been playing and losing money on your platform and there was never any problem with my account. However, on 10 January I finally won and requested a withdrawal of 20,005 Rs, and on the same day my account was blocked.my account id-331868384, please review, Before this incident, you asked me to complete verification and I submitted the required documents, after which my account was verified and fully active. Despite this, right after I placed a normal deposit, played without any promo codes or bonus offers, and won, my account was suddenly blocked. Your support then claimed that I won by “cheating”, which I strongly reject. When I was losing money, everything was considered normal, but as soon as I won and asked to withdraw, it was labeled as cheating, which feels completely unfair and makes 1win look like a fraud website to me. I have tried to get help from support, but no one is helping or giving me a clear and valid explanation. My verified account is blocked and my funds of 20,005 Rs are frozen without any proper reason. I request that my account be urgently re‑checked, the false cheating allegation be removed, and my withdrawal of 20,005 Rs be processed to my account. If you believe there is any specific issue, I ask you to share clear proof instead of general accusations. I expect a prompt resolution and the release of my legitimate winnings.
