Garena Free Fire Account Hacked, Recovery Still Pending
I am writing about an issue with my Free Fire account, which is linked to both my Google and Facebook accounts and has the in‑game ID 5820629167 and email address alikazmisyed***@gmail.com. On 31/12/2025, my account was hacked, and since then, I have not been able to recover it properly. After the hack, I lost my account benefits, and I have not received my account back despite my attempts. I have effectively lost access to what I had in the game. I am especially concerned about the diamonds on my account, as I had 10,000 diamonds that are very valuable to me. I expect that my Free Fire account linked to Google and Facebook with ID 5820629167 will be fully recovered and secured, and that my 10,000 diamonds will be restored to my account. I kindly request that this situation be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
Progress
I am using an iPhone and my Google Gmail account has been compromised. The password for my Gmail account was changed without my permission, and I can no longer access it. In addition to the password change, the recovery email for the account was also changed, so I have no way to reset or recover my account using the usual methods.
I realized this problem on 31/12/2025 and since then I have been completely unable to log in to my Gmail account. When I tried to recover the account, I did not even see the “Forgot password” option properly to proceed with recovery, so I could not complete any effective recovery steps.
My request from Google is to verify my identity using any available security checks and give me back full access to my Gmail account, or otherwise provide a clear solution so that I can secure or, if necessary, close the compromised account. I want to make sure my personal data and information are protected and not misused by unauthorized persons.
