GAP Order Issues During November Discount Promotion
I bought a black sweatshirt from Gap.com during their November sale. It was originally priced at around 1399₺, but I got it for about 970₺ with the discount. They never shipped this order. Even though I asked about the status every day for about 10 days, I was always told that everything was fine. Finally, they told me that they canceled the order because they claimed it was damaged, and they gave me a 100₺ voucher as compensation. I haven't received the refund in my account yet. They are directly misleading customers by talking about the November discounts. Now they're trying to "make it up to me" by giving me a 100₺ voucher for a product I purchased at a discounted price of around 400₺. It's really disappointing that a company would use sneaky tactics during the November sale just to avoid selling products at lower prices.
