I bought a baby sweater as a present from the GAP website on August 3rd. Kargoist received it the following day. Today, neither GAP nor Kargoist knows where my package is or when it will be delivered. The customer service keeps telling me they'll look into it and let me know, but I haven't heard anything back yet. Kargoist keeps saying that the package has been stuck in the transport vehicle on its way to Konya for 5 days. I should have walked instead. It would have been quicker.
