GAP Lost My Order in Shipping

I bought a baby sweater as a present from the GAP website on August 3rd. Kargoist received it the following day. Today, neither GAP nor Kargoist knows where my package is or when it will be delivered. The customer service keeps telling me they'll look into it and let me know, but I haven't heard anything back yet. Kargoist keeps saying that the package has been stuck in the transport vehicle on its way to Konya for 5 days. I should have walked instead. It would have been quicker. Unfortunately, this is really disappointing and it's causing me a lot of stress. It's really unfortunate, but we've learned something from it. Let's see what happens with the refund process...
I hope the situation gets sorted out soon, and I either get my package or a fair refund. It's really annoying that this process is so frustrating, especially because it involves a gift I was really excited about. I hope GAP and Kargoist can find a solution soon to fix these problems.
