GAP Customer Service Does Not Allow Address Changes
Hello, I never thought I'd complain about a company like GAP. Yesterday, I realized I selected the wrong address for my purchase and reached out to customer service in the morning. My order is still in the confirmation stage and hasn't been shipped yet. I wanted to change the address information, but they said the system doesn't allow it. They suggested canceling, but again, the system wouldn't permit it. Instead, they offered to return my items that hadn't even been shipped yet. Zero customer-centric approach. I will never shop with you again. Thanks.
