GAP Refuses Address Change for Online Order
I placed an order on GAP's online shop and mistakenly provided my old workplace as the delivery address. Since I am no longer at that address, on the same day, I contacted customer service to change the address. On the screen, I saw that my products were displayed as being prepared. However, customer service informed me that the preparation of my products was completed, and nothing could be done after this step. Only a few hours had passed. I was told that I had to either cancel the delivery or change the address. Despite less than 24 hours having passed, I couldn't make any changes. I was truly disappointed; such processes should not be so difficult. After all, it was just a matter of changing the address.
