I bought 5 things from the GAP website and realized I used the wrong card to pay. So, I quickly messaged customer service within 30 minutes. I asked them to cancel my order so I could buy it again, but they said they couldn't cancel because the products are from different places and I have to return each item separately from 5 different locations. These days, even the smallest brands let you cancel, but it's really disappointing that a big brand like GAP would do this to someone. It's really bad that GAP, a well-known brand, is causing so much harm to the environment and making things difficult for workers and customers with five separate deliveries.
