However, my account has since been stolen—the login credentials were changed, and I lost all access. They keep saying the matter is “under review,” but it's been several days with no progress and no concrete answers. I’ve provided all the necessary information. If GamerMarkt can't prevent sellers from reclaiming accounts, then what exactly is the point of the “account protection guarantee” they advertise? I demand a full refund immediately.
