I purchased a Valorant account through Gamermarkt and over the course of a year, I invested heavily into it—adding VP and cosmetic content. One year later, I suddenly lost access to the account. I'm certain this was not due to hacking, malware, or any user-side breach. The account appears to have been reclaimed through the original email it was registered with.
I contacted Gamermarkt support, and they claim the account wasn’t taken back and that there’s nothing wrong. But I know my account was clearly stolen. Despite all the evidence, they refuse to take responsibility or offer any resolution.
I’m now preparing to take legal action for what I believe is a serious case of fraudulent behavior. Gamermarkt is not standing behind the accounts they sell, and once your money is in their hands, you're left on your own.
I strongly urge others not to trust this platform. If you buy an account here, don’t be surprised when you lose access months later and get no support or compensation in return. Stay away—this was a costly and frustrating experience.
