I purchased a Valorant account from GamerMarkt, trusting that it was a reliable and secure platform. However, within just 2 days, the account I paid for was reclaimed by its original owner. I immediately contacted customer support, but it’s been almost two weeks and there’s still no resolution.

They told me that since the seller hasn’t agreed to a refund, the issue was forwarded to their legal department. But there’s no timeline, no updates—just silence. I feel like I’m being deliberately delayed and ignored while they stall for time.

I paid for an account that I no longer have access to, and GamerMarkt has failed to protect the buyer. I demand either the full return of my money or immediate delivery of a new account of equal value. I will not stay silent while a trusted marketplace leaves its users unprotected.
