On July 11, 2025, I purchased a Valorant account on GamerMarkt for ₺11,000, believing it was a safe and trustworthy platform. However, within just a few days, the original owner reclaimed the account, and I was completely locked out of what I paid for.
I reached out to GamerMarkt’s support team, expecting a quick and professional resolution, but their response has been shockingly slow and unhelpful. If I’m lucky, I get a single vague reply per day—if that. They keep saying “We’re looking into it,” but provide no actual updates or timeline.
Now it’s been 5 days, and I’ve received neither a refund nor the account I paid for. I spent a serious amount of money, and I’m being met with silence and delays.
I demand an immediate refund or replacement account, along with proper communication. GamerMarkt promotes itself as reliable, but their support system tells a different story.
