Valorant Account Bought from Gamermarkt Stolen After a Month – No Real Support

I purchased a Valorant account from Gamermarkt, and exactly one month later (February 5, 2024), it was stolen. Even though I had two-factor authentication enabled, I never received any email notifications about a login attempt or changes to my account.

It’s highly likely that the original owner filed a support ticket with Riot Games and reclaimed the account. I have been trying to resolve this issue with Gamermarkt for four days, but all I get are automated, pre-written responses. Despite providing proof, they haven’t even contacted the seller yet. Meanwhile, I checked on Tracker.gg, and the person who stole my account is actively playing while I am locked out.

I also invested additional money into the account, bringing my total loss to ₺13,500. Gamermarkt keeps telling me that “official procedures are ongoing,” but I don’t believe they can actually recover my account. And even if they do, what’s stopping the original owner from stealing it again?

I need real support and action, not excuses. Gamermarkt, take responsibility and refund me or properly secure these transactions!
