About 1.5 years ago, I purchased a League of Legends account through Gamermarkt. I secured the account with all possible safety measures—phone verification, two-factor authentication, everything. Despite that, the original seller somehow managed to reclaim the account.
I immediately reached out to Gamermarkt support, and they informed me that an investigation had been initiated. But so far, there has been no resolution to my case. I’ve been left without access to the account and without any compensation.
I demand that this issue be resolved promptly—either by refunding my payment or returning full access to the account. If neither is done, I will have no choice but to take legal action against the seller. A platform like Gamermarkt should not allow this kind of situation to happen, especially when the buyer has followed all the rules and security steps.
