I purchased a League of Legends account through GamerMarkt some time ago. Since I hadn’t logged in for a while, I assumed I had forgotten the email and password, so I decided to buy a second account. Unfortunately, the new account I purchased was reclaimed the very next day by the seller.
I reached out to GamerMarkt’s support team, but it’s now been 6 days, and I’ve received no reply. Later, I remembered that my original account was still logged in on my laptop. When I checked, I saw that I had already been logged out of that one too. I retrieved the login credentials from Google Password Manager and tried again—but it turns out that account was also reclaimed.
I currently have two open support tickets, and there’s still no response from GamerMarkt. At this point, it feels like there’s no protection at all for buyers. I’m seriously considering never purchasing from this platform again.
I demand a full refund or the immediate return of at least one working account. GamerMarkt needs to stop ignoring its users and take accountability for fraudulent sellers on their platform. Enough is enough—respond and fix this now.
