I Lost My Paid Account on Gamermarkt and Haven’t Got a Solution for 2.5 Months

I bought a gaming account through Gamermarkt, but the seller took the account back after the purchase. When I reported it, Gamermarkt promised they would resolve the issue—but it’s now been 2.5 months and still no progress.

This isn’t a small amount of money we’re talking about either. I paid a significant sum, and yet I’ve been left with nothing. I opened a new support request just yesterday, hoping to finally speak to someone who could help, but once again—no response at all.

I feel completely ignored. Gamermarkt, this is unacceptable. You need to act immediately and either return my account or refund the ₺ I spent. Stop stalling and take responsibility for the sellers on your platform.
