I purchased my Gamepower Eva 7 keyboard on November 29, 2024, through Trendyol and have been using it with a Windows 11 laptop. Since the day I bought it, I occasionally felt a mild electric shock from the keyboard. I didn’t think much of it at first, assuming it was nothing serious. However, about 3–4 days ago, the issues became more severe.

On the evening of January 18, 2026, when I turned on my laptop, I noticed that none of the keyboard lights were on. Since I use it in wired mode, this is not related to charging. I restarted the laptop, unplugged and reconnected the USB cable, and after a while, it started working again on its own. Now, however, it has completely stopped working again. Despite repeating the same steps multiple times, none of the lights turn on and none of the keys respond.

Both the electric shock issue, which raises safety concerns, and the fact that the product has become completely unusable in such a short time have left me very disappointed. I am requesting that the product be inspected under warranty and that a permanent solution be provided—whether through repair, replacement, or a refund. I kindly ask for proper guidance to resolve my issue.
