Gamepower Keyboard Keys Collapse After 5 Months, Warranty Denied

I purchased a Gamepower keyboard about five months ago. Within a short time, the keys began collapsing inward—some keys get stuck when pressed, while others are very difficult to press. The product became unusable in this condition, so I sent it in for service under warranty.
However, on January 23, 2026, the keyboard was returned to me via Yurtiçi Kargo without any repairs. The service form stated that no action was taken due to alleged liquid contact. I was extremely disappointed to learn that the product was excluded from warranty coverage based on a “liquid damage” claim, even though the keyboard was never exposed to water or any other liquid.
I purchased the product through İncehesap, and when I explained the situation, their customer service said there was nothing they could do. Neither the manufacturer nor the seller is taking responsibility, even though there is an obvious manufacturing or quality issue.
For this five-month-old product, which has no user-related damage, I am requesting that my keyboard be repaired under warranty or replaced with a new, defect-free unit. I also ask that the unfounded “liquid contact” claim be reconsidered and that I be provided with a clear and written explanation.
