Some time ago, I purchased a Gamepower Eva 7 keyboard through Hesapcomtr. I had been using the product without any issues in wired mode for a long time. However, over the past few days, when I try to connect it using the 2.4 GHz dongle, the keyboard will not connect wirelessly at all.
I use the Fn + Esc key combination to put the keyboard into dongle pairing mode. The device appears to be searching for the dongle, but it cannot find it and does not establish a wireless connection with my computer. I have been experiencing this issue for about 4–5 days, and during that time, I have tried reconnecting it 15–16 times in different ways, but none of my attempts have worked.
The product was purchased approximately 7–8 months ago and is still under warranty. So far, I have not contacted Gamepower technical support or Hesapcomtr customer service. Although I want to use the wireless feature, the product is not performing this basic function.
I am requesting that Gamepower and/or Hesapcomtr guide me on how to resolve this wireless connection issue, provide remote support if possible, or initiate a technical inspection process if necessary. I would like this problem to be resolved clearly and effectively.
