Gamepower Eva 7 Sleep Mode Bug Lowers RGB Brightness in Wireless Mode

When I first purchased my Gamepower Eva 7 keyboard, I only used it in wired mode. I specifically chose this model because I planned to use it wirelessly in the future. However, this week when I switched to wireless mode, I encountered a serious issue.

While in wireless mode, if I do not press any keys for about 30 seconds, the keyboard automatically shuts off and goes into sleep mode. There is no option to disable this feature either through the driver software or directly on the keyboard. The main problem starts after that. Once the keyboard goes into sleep mode on its own, if I do not press any key within 2 minutes and then wake it up after those 2 minutes, the RGB lighting brightness drops to 50% and cannot be increased again. The only way to fix it is to turn the keyboard off and back on every time. This causes both a waste of time and an annoying visual issue.

I purchased the product from an authorized seller on Trendyol. The product description did not mention the sleep mode feature at all. Because this feature was not disclosed and due to the issue I am experiencing, I feel misled and disappointed. I have not yet contacted technical support or customer service regarding this problem.

I expect Gamepower to permanently resolve this issue, whether through a software or hardware fix. If a permanent solution cannot be provided, I am requesting the option to return the product.
