While using my Gamepower Eva 5 keyboard, I suddenly started experiencing a serious issue right after pressing a key. Up until that moment, all the keys were functioning normally. However, immediately after pressing one key, the Space and Enter keys stopped working completely. In addition, when I press the Esc key, instead of functioning normally, it acts like a different shortcut and exits me out of the game to the main screen.
I could not determine the cause of the issue, and despite researching online, I was unable to find any solution. I use the keyboard connected to my computer via cable, and since the problem appeared suddenly, I am concerned that the product may have developed a hardware or software malfunction.
I am requesting assistance from Gamepower regarding this issue. If possible, I would appreciate remote troubleshooting guidance. If the problem cannot be resolved that way, I am requesting that the product be technically inspected and that my issue be properly resolved.
