Gameforge 2FA Lockout Prevents Metin2 Player From Accessing Account for 6 Months

1

I have been playing Metin2 for about 1.5 to 2 years and have been unable to access my account for 6 months. When I try to log into the game via Gameforge, even though my password is correct, the system continuously displays a "system error" warning, and I cannot enter my account specifically due to the two-factor authentication registered on my old device.

Since I changed my smartphone, I no longer have access to the two-factor authentication system on my old phone. Despite this, the system prompts for verification as if I still have my old phone and offers no alternative option. I should not be obligated to locate or use my old device; after all, the process should be able to proceed by verifying account ownership through my registered email address.

I recall my account name is zedownes and my registered email address is r************@hotmail.com. I have previously purchased Dragon Coins on this account, so both my effort and real money investments are at stake. Despite this, I cannot properly reach support or any other channel; the website is so problematic that getting assistance is nearly impossible.

I demand that Gameforge urgently assist in reopening my account by disabling the two-factor authentication stuck on my old device or through identity/verification steps via email to restore my access to my Metin2 account. Otherwise, I will have to seriously consider pursuing necessary legal channels to ensure my efforts and financial expenditures do not go to waste.
