G2A Sold Me a PS Plus Account That Doesn’t Work in My Country

On December 15, 2025, I purchased a 1-month PS Plus Premium PSN account through G2A for $18.56. When I tried to log into the provided account using the PS Plus app on PC, I discovered that the account was registered to the India region. The application displayed errors such as “Country not supported” and “The service is not available in your country/region,” preventing me from using the service.
As a result, I was unable to use the product at all. Even though I contacted the seller and explained the issue, they did not respond to my last message. I was also unable to reach any effective support through G2A. Since the seller stated that refunds are not available, I am requesting a working replacement—either a 1-month PS Plus Premium PSN account or a valid activation code that can be used in my country.
I would like to emphasize that I received no value for the amount I paid and was completely unable to use the service. I expect G2A to take responsibility for this issue and work with the seller to resolve my complaint as soon as possible.
