I Bought a Valorant Account on Itemsatış But It’s Locked to India and Unplayable

I purchased a Valorant account from the site Itemsatış for ₺800 after the seller assured me there were no issues. However, once I logged into the account, I discovered it was registered in India, not Turkey, and because of that, I haven’t been able to play even a single match. The region lock has made the account completely useless for me.

I reached out to the seller immediately, and they simply claimed they didn’t know the account was linked to India. That’s not acceptable. I trusted the seller and paid a significant amount of money expecting a playable Turkish account. Instead, I’ve been left with an unusable account and zero assistance from either the seller or the platform.

This is extremely frustrating. I want either a full refund or a proper Turkish account that actually works. Itemsatış needs to hold sellers accountable and ensure buyers aren’t scammed like this. This situation must be resolved urgently.
