I Face Gift Code Redemption Failure and No Support on PlayStation Store

I recently attempted to redeem a gift code on the PlayStation Store, but I continuously encounter an error message during the process. The last time I successfully used a code was over two months ago, so this is not a repeated or recent code entry issue.

Frustrated by this problem, I tried reaching out to PlayStation Türkiye’s support line, but it has been impossible to get any meaningful help. They used to provide an email address for support, but now they simply redirect me to search for answers online. Being abroad, I cannot call the Turkish support line, and when I contacted them through social media, they once again redirected me to the email address, leaving my issue unresolved.

This lack of responsibility and support from such a global brand is deeply disappointing. I paid for this gift code expecting a seamless experience, yet instead, I am stuck without a resolution.

I request immediate assistance to activate my gift code or a full refund if the issue cannot be fixed. I also ask that PlayStation Türkiye improves its support channels for customers abroad.
