G2A Sent Duplicate Voucher Codes and Only €5 Was Credited

On September 15, 2025, I purchased two Papara Voucher codes (one for €50 and one for €5) through the G2A.com website using my credit card, paying a total of €55. However, both codes I received were identical, and only a €5 balance was credited. Despite requesting that the €50 code be sent to me, I have not received any response for the past 15 hours. My order number is: 92000132132744.

To resolve this issue, I am requesting that either the €50 code be delivered to me or that the amount be fully refunded.
