Epic Games Complaint: Red Dead Redemption 2 Refund Not Received

On October 27, 2025, I purchased Red Dead Redemption 2 through Epic Games and completed the refund request on the same day. My order number is a2510262217512012. Even though the refunded amount was $13, no payment has been credited to my Papara account to date.

I completed the refund process on my computer and did not receive any error messages or notifications. My Papara account is active, and all of my account details are correct. I have not yet contacted Epic Games or Papara customer support regarding this issue.

I request that my refund be deposited into my Papara account as soon as possible.
