My $98 Nautica Refund Still Hasn’t Been Credited
On October 25, 2025, I placed several orders through Nautica’s official website. I kept the items that fit me, but I returned 1 pair of children’s pants, 2 pairs of men’s shoes, and 1 men’s rain jacket because they were not suitable. After the return review, I received an SMS on November 5 stating, “Your refund has been issued.” However, since that date, no refund has been reflected on my credit card.
My two order numbers are 8305745692415523 and 8305743489013249. The total refund amount that should have been credited to my account is $98, paid by credit card.
During this process, I contacted customer service multiple times; each time I was told that the issue had been forwarded to the relevant department, yet no solution was provided.
I urgently request that my refund be deposited into my credit card as soon as possible.
