Zara Refund for My Order Still Not Received After Weeks

I purchased two separate pieces (top and bottom sold individually) from Zara’s online store and returned them. I initiated the return process three weeks ago, and my order number is 53902860901. When I contacted Zara, they told me that the refund had been sent to my bank. However, when I checked with my bank, I was told that no refund had been issued to my account. I also requested a document from Zara confirming the refund, but for nearly two weeks I was repeatedly stalled and was never provided with any proof. I am requesting that the ₺2,400 payment be refunded to my credit card. I kindly ask for this issue to be resolved urgently.
