Fruugo Delayed My Refund for a Canceled Order—No Response

I canceled my order (175255324) on the same day I placed it, and Fruugo confirmed via message that I would receive a refund within a few business days. However, it has now been two weeks, and I still have not received my money back.

I have contacted Fruugo multiple times, but their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. They claim they process refunds quickly, but clearly, this is not the case. It feels like they are deliberately delaying the process, leaving customers without answers.

Fruugo, I demand my refund immediately! This level of neglect and poor customer service is unacceptable. Has anyone else experienced refund delays? I expect a resolution now!
