Fruugo Seller Charges Excessive Shipping Fee on $9 Product
On February 23, I placed an order through Fruugo from a seller named Hebei Liurui International Trade for a bag enema product. Although the product price was approximately $9, the shipping cost was nearly twice the price of the product, bringing the total to over $12. I do not want to pay such an excessively high shipping fee for this type of item, and I do not find this reasonable. My order number is 228444801. I contacted both Fruugo and the seller in writing regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far. I request that my order be completely canceled and that the full product price and shipping cost be refunded to me in full.
My return request was not accepted because the product had already been shipped. The response came very late, which was disappointing. I wrote to the brand regarding my return request, but I did not receive any response. They said they would help with the return once the package reaches me, but I wish the issue had been resolved before it was shipped. I want the return process to be smooth and fast.
