Fruugo Order Shows Delivered, Refund Still Not Issued After Cancellation

On January 20, I ordered a hearing aid through Fruugo. The order tracking page shows that my product was delivered on February 11, but it was never delivered to me. I did not receive any call from the shipping company, and no delivery was made to my address. During this process, I was unable to find any direct contact person at Fruugo. I was only informed by email that since the order did not reach me, the payment would be refunded within 2–5 days. However, as of yesterday, even though my order has been canceled, no refund has been reflected in my account. My order number is 219365201. I would like a clear explanation as to why my order is marked as delivered in the system even though I never received it, and why the refund has still not been processed after the cancellation. I request a clear written statement regarding why the product was not delivered and when my payment will be refunded, and that my grievance be resolved promptly.
