Total Energies Station Denies Free Toilet Access Directs to Paid Restroom

I am writing to report an issue I recently experienced at the TotalEnergies fuel station located in Antalya Gazipaşa Çelikler Petrol (station code 000911). At this location, the station’s toilets are kept locked, and customers are directed to use a paid toilet instead.
When I asked the staff about using the restroom, I was not given access to the station’s facilities and was only told to use the paid toilet. I find this practice unacceptable, especially for a fuel station that serves many travelers and should provide basic amenities such as free and accessible restrooms.
I request that TotalEnergies investigate this station and ensure that restroom facilities are made available to customers without being redirected to paid alternatives. I also expect an official apology regarding this experience.
Progress
On April 26, I filed a complaint about the same issue at the TotalEnergies Gazipaşa station (code 000911) Çelikler Petrol Station, and less than a month later I encountered the same situation again. The free toilets at the station have been closed by the facility owners, directing customers to a paid toilet.
I believe that toilets at fuel stations should be free and accessible to customers. Nevertheless, keeping the free toilets closed at the station and especially directing customers to a paid toilet gives an impression that is both disturbing and contrary to Consumer Rights.
I request that this practice be terminated, that the toilets at the station be reopened for free use, and that necessary inspections be carried out to provide a permanent solution.
