Slazenger Online Order Delay No Shipping or Customer Response

On April 24, 2026, I placed an order through the Slazenger online store under order number ts24042616904 for a pair of sneakers and slippers. Although the website clearly stated that the order would be shipped within 24 hours, as of today, no shipping process has been initiated.
I also sent multiple emails regarding this issue, but I have not received any response. Due to both the failure to ship my order and the complete lack of communication, I feel clearly misled and inconvenienced.
I made a payment of approximately $50 by credit card, and at this point, I no longer wish to proceed with the order. I request that my payment be refunded to my credit card as soon as possible. I also expect a written explanation regarding this delay and lack of communication.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with filing a formal complaint through my legal representative on the grounds of suspected fraud.

The customer service representative cancelled the transaction in a very disrespectful tone. They definitely do not deserve thanks. I think they cancelled because the laws in our country are in favor of the consumer. If it were up to their initiative, they definitely wouldn't have done it.
