Cannot Withdraw Money From Freecash Due to Account Lock

I have been using the Freecash platform, and on 26 April, my account was suddenly locked without any prior warning or action from my side. I was not attempting anything unusual, and the lockout happened completely out of the blue while I was simply using the service as normal. Before my account was locked, I had already withdrawn around £20 and still had approximately £30 left in my balance that I was planning to withdraw. Now I cannot access my account or my remaining funds due to this unexpected lockout. I have not yet been able to contact support directly, so I am writing here to request that my Freecash account be reviewed and immediately reactivated, and that I be allowed to access and withdraw my remaining balance. I also kindly request a clear explanation as to why my account was locked so suddenly, so that I can avoid any similar issue in the future.
