McDonald’s Delivery Error Missing Big Mac Meals and Onion Rings

On April 26, 2026, at around 6:05 PM, I placed an order from the McDonald’s Gaziantep Batıkent branch through a delivery app. I paid a total of approximately $52 for 4 Big Mac meals and 16 onion rings. However, instead of receiving my full order, I was only delivered 1 cheeseburger meal and 1 Big Mac meal.

I was unable to reach anyone from the restaurant or through the delivery app to report the issue, so I could not get any explanation or resolve the problem. Despite paying a high amount for a large order, most of the items I purchased were missing from the delivery.

I request a full refund for this order, as the items delivered do not match what I ordered and paid for. I expect my complaint to be reviewed and my refund processed as soon as possible.
