Fruugo Marked My Plush Toy as Delivered, But I Never Received It

I ordered a plush toy from Fruugo, but it never arrived, even though the tracking status says it was delivered. I have been trying to contact customer service, but no one responds—emails go unanswered, and there’s no way to reach a live agent by phone.
I need to speak to a real representative to resolve this issue, but Fruugo ignores all communication. This is unacceptable! Where is my package? If it wasn’t delivered to me, then Fruugo needs to fix this immediately or issue a refund.
