We purchased 6 Libre 2 sensors through SGK support, and we’ve been loyal users of Libre products even before SGK offered any assistance. Until now, we never experienced a problem. But the most recent Libre 2 sensor we applied two days ago has been showing wildly inaccurate glucose readings. As seen in the photos (not shown here), the results are inconsistent—at one point the sensor showed 300, while a finger-prick test showed just 100+.

This has caused major distress, especially for our 8-year-old child. We've had to repeatedly prick his finger to confirm readings. Worse, we’ve been kept awake two nights in a row due to false alarms.

When we called customer service, we were told we needed to wait 2–3 more days for a resolution. That’s unacceptable. We expect a product replacement immediately—we shouldn’t be forced to sacrifice our child’s well-being while waiting around for a defective sensor to magically fix itself.
