FreeStyle Libre 2 Sensor Shows Inaccurate Readings—Puts Health at Risk

On March 1, 2025, I started using the FreeStyle Libre 2 sensor. To ensure accuracy, I tested it alongside a different brand’s sensor on separate arms for two days. The results were alarming—there was a 70-80 unit difference between the two sensors.

With my previous device, fingerstick readings only varied by 10-15 units, but the FreeStyle Libre 2 consistently gives much higher readings. This is extremely dangerous when dosing insulin, as incorrect readings could lead to serious health risks.

I purchased a 3-month supply with SGK support, but if the sensor is this unreliable, I can’t trust it. I’ve tried calling customer service multiple times with no response. I demand a solution and a replacement if this is a faulty product!
