Unfulfilled Accessory Order Damaging Franke's Global Reputation

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction regarding a serious issue with Franke Turkey, which is severely undermining the reputation of the Franke brand on a global scale. In February 2025, I placed an order for a Franke sink and faucet from an official distributor of Franke Turkey, along with a set of accessories. While the main products were delivered, the accessory set has still not been delivered after more than six months, despite repeated follow-ups. Even worse, Franke Turkey has consistently failed to provide any explanation, update, or resolution regarding this unacceptable delay. This level of negligence, lack of accountability, and complete disregard for customer satisfaction is not what one expects from a globally respected brand like Franke. Franke Turkey's inaction and silence have left me with no other option but to escalate this matter directly to you. It is extremely disappointing to witness how a local branch can so easily tarnish the trust and reputation associated with the Franke name. I urge Franke Global to immediately intervene, ensure the delivery of the accessories without further delay, and take appropriate action against the responsible party within Franke Turkey for this prolonged and unjustifiable failure. Unless this issue is resolved promptly, I will be compelled to consider further actions, including publicizing my experience across relevant consumer platforms and escalating the matter through legal channels if necessary.
