Franke Faucet Set: Waited 2 Months, Received the Wrong Color


We purchased a Franke sink and faucet set. After the purchase, we were told that the faucet would arrive from abroad in 2 months. Meanwhile, the sink and a temporary faucet were installed. When the faucet arrived 2 months later, its color was different from what we had ordered. We refused to have it installed and were told that the head office would address the issue.
However, no one contacted us, and now they claim that we agreed to keep the mismatched temporary faucet. They also said they sold the faucet we were waiting for to someone else. Franke has left us in a difficult situation, and the Franke dealer in Ankara Ümitköy, Retina Falez Kitchen, has not been helpful.
