“Due to an issue with my Franke wardrobe-type refrigerator, I had requested the company to either take back the product or replace it. The company responded with a solution proposal, stating that they have initiated the replacement process. I hope the new refrigerator will work without any problems and that I will move away from negative thoughts about the brand. I would like to thank Mr. Serdar and Mr. Engin for their assistance during the process. 🙏”

I bought a Franke fridge with a wardrobe-style door, but it was broken when it got here. They sent a replacement, which ended up having problems with frost buildup and a bad smell that caused my vegetables to freeze and go bad. I unplugged it for two days, but the problem remained. When the repairman came, he said the left door was broken and needed to be changed. I called Serdar at the Franke headquarters to ask for a replacement or a refund, but he refused. The fridge is still covered with frost, has water droplets on the back, and smells bad. My vegetables are ruined again, and I've been dealing with this problem since the day I bought the garden. I really regret buying from Franke, and if they don't offer a full replacement or refund, I will have to go to court. This brand has caused me many problems and has bad customer service. I tell others to stay away.
