Beko Fridge Cooling Issues and Unresolved Service Woes

My year-old fridge was composting my vegetables. I initially blamed the vegetables' brittleness, not suspecting my refrigerator. But when its motor failed, I asked for a replacement, only to be denied. Instead, they replaced the motor, oblivious to my refrigerator's age. When they returned, both the upper and lower doors were dented, which they offered to repair by replacing the doors. I refused, insisting on a replacement. My fridge, which is still not paid off, now resembles a jumble of mismatched parts. Worse, it is still not consistently cooling, sometimes cooling for two days and then stopping for five. The service claims it is fine, but I insist on a replacement. If no solution emerges, I'm half-tempted to take it to their door, light it, and watch it burn - a symbol of my burning frustration. Please assist me in finding a way out of this mess.
