Faulty Franke Fridge After Just 7 Months; No Help From Company

Franke's refrigerator has been a nightmare for me. It's been two years since I first reported the problem, and despite numerous visits from their technicians and multiple motherboard replacements, the problem has yet to be resolved. I've had it with Franke's lack of concern for their defective products up to this point. It's terribly embarrassing to have a broken refrigerator, especially since we rely on it to store and keep food fresh. I've called Franke's main department several times to try to escalate the problem, but they don't seem to care about our complaints. It's almost as if they're attempting to sweep the issue under the rug and hoping we'll forget about it. I wouldn't recommend Franke to anyone at this point. It's a shame because I used to believe they were a trustworthy company, but now I know better. If you're considering purchasing a Franke refrigerator, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. Don't make the same mistake I did, and instead opt for a different brand.
