My husband and I really liked using the black Franke sink in our new home. Before we moved in, workers accidentally made a big stain using some chemicals, and we said no to this sink, asking for a new one. They were kind enough to replace it and gave me instructions on how to take care of it. But, even though we tried hard and used lotion regularly to keep it clean, we couldn't stop white lime spots from staying on the surface. Even though I was being careful, this still happened. And now, it doesn't look the same as it did before. It's almost like it's been years since it happened. We're really bummed about losing the black color. We have no idea what to do. This sink is still new. I really like Franke products, but this black sink is a letdown. It's not being made anymore, and even though I've taken good care of it, it's no longer black.
