When our Franke granite corner sink was installed, we immediately noticed a hazy and cloudy surface on the material — even though it had never been used. The authorized installer who handled the setup confirmed that the sink was defective out of the box and stated that a replacement should be arranged.

However, when we contacted Franke customer service, instead of offering support, they responded rudely and dismissively, saying things like “How do we know your installers didn’t mix cement inside it?” and refused to approve the replacement.

This issue has been ongoing for over three months, and we discovered the defect before even moving into the house. The product is brand new and still under warranty, yet Franke has failed to take responsibility or offer a solution.

We are extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and empathy. I’m sharing this experience so that others are aware of Franke’s poor customer service and so the company might reconsider how it handles genuine complaints.
