I purchased a kitchen sink from Franke, expecting high quality from such a reputable brand. However, just one week into using it, I deeply regret the decision. Despite handling it with great care, the sink constantly develops unsightly stain marks as soon as it dries. No matter how clean it is, the surface ends up looking dirty and worn.
I reached out to the seller to report the issue, but I haven’t received any meaningful solution. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a product that performs so poorly, especially when it came with the promise of premium quality.
We chose Franke because we believed in the brand’s reputation for reliability and durability. Instead, we’re left with a sink that ruins the entire look of our kitchen. I expect Franke to acknowledge this defect and provide a proper resolution—whether it’s a replacement, refund, or proven care instructions that actually prevent the staining. This level of dissatisfaction should not happen with a product from a global brand.
