I Face Unauthorized Charge Issue with Fotor App and Demand Refund

Without my knowledge or approval, Fotor.com charged my card 572,54₺. I never entered any confirmation code, nor did I authorize this transaction. I simply created an account to test the platform, but instead of giving me full control over my payments, Fotor withdrew money directly from my card without consent. This is unacceptable, especially for a service that promotes itself as user-friendly.
I did not agree to this payment and I expect it to be reversed immediately. No company should process payments without clear user approval, and in this case, I was given no notification or verification request at all. This left me both financially and emotionally frustrated, as I cannot trust the security of my account information.
I demand a full refund of the 572,54₺ that was wrongfully taken from my account and expect Fotor to fix this issue without delay. If the company does not resolve this matter promptly, I will be forced to escalate the issue further.
